Scope of Service

Services covered include the white-label AI products described on this website — AI agents, chatbots, voice agents, automation, AI SaaS development, and custom AI development — supplied to you on a wholesale basis for resale to your own clients under your own branding.

Quotes & Pricing

Every partnership is confirmed with a written wholesale quote before work begins. Prices shown on this website are indicative only, not binding until confirmed in writing for your specific scope and volume.

Branding & Resale

You are responsible for your own retail pricing, packaging, and client relationships. You may present white-labeled products under your own brand as permitted by your partner agreement; you may not represent yourself as White Label AI Solutions itself or claim ownership of the underlying technology.

Support & Maintenance

We are responsible for hosting, technical maintenance, and updates to the underlying product as agreed in your partner tier. You are responsible for first-line communication with your own clients.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed in the written quote for each partnership. Late payment may pause active services until resolved.

Intellectual Property

The underlying AI products, software, and infrastructure remain the property of White Label AI Solutions. Branding assets you supply (logo, colors, naming) remain your property. Your right to present the product under your brand is a license granted under your partner agreement, not a transfer of ownership.

Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable professional care in every partnership, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any partnership is limited to the amount paid for that partnership.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
